CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS: Your appointment must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% service charge. Canceling the same day will incur a 75% service fee! ALL cancellations will result in a loss of deposit, in order to keep your deposit the appointment must be rescheduled! RESCHEDULE: To avoid ANY charges or forfeit of deposit, appointments MUST be rescheduled 48 hours in advance to the scheduled appointment & must be rescheduled for the same month of deposit. FEE For Rescheduling are as followed: 2 days prior: No fee 1 day prior: Forfeit of deposit Same day: 50% service charge + deposit is moved to rescheduled appt. 7 days are given to reschedule your appointment if the appointment does not get rescheduled within 7 days the card on file will be charged the remainder of the full fee. DEPOSITS: All deposits are applied to your total service cost. A deposit is VALID for up to 2 rescheduled appointments, after that your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed. Deposits are non-refundable.***
